I am from South Australia and I would like to move to the US. I have a British passport and recently received a ‘communications degree’ at university, where I hope to pursue a career in either television or radio. I would like to get a green card so that I can move to the US. How do I get a green card? Please explain step by step, thanks!

Does anyone know how a US Green Card holder can voluntarily give up their Green Card before it expires? In this particular instance, the Green Card holder left the US 18 months ago to live overseas but applied for and received a re-entry permit from the ICE, otherwise the Green Card would already be gone. The Green Card holder now wants to give up her Green Card before the re-entry permit officially expires in 6 months, when the Green Card would automatically become invalid.

If your marriage VISA runs out before you get your Green Card with conditions how can you travel back to your country of origin or move to another state to attend school or another job. Is that another form and another 500 dollars.

I am a Canadian and I just married an American. Green card doesn’t come for about 6 months, but it is coming. Is there anyway I can enlist now, as long as I show I am married and that my green card is coming? Thanks so much!!!!!!

Hi, my philippines passport has my maiden name and my green card has my married name. Can I travel with those two things to mexico and canada without a visa? What about the name differences? Can I just take a certified copy of my marriage certificate to show the difference?
