Can you get sponsored for the green card from a company(job) if your visa has already expired?
April 5th, 2009 | by admin |I am getting my BS from a university in California but my visa expired long time ago. So I was wondering if I apply for a job in some company, they can sponsor me for the green card since I do not have a valid visa.

For visa to be legal in this country if you must be on your current immigration status you do find this country if you do find company that is willing to be on visa are.
